Caitlin and Scott were married on June 2nd, with a ceremony and reception at the Silvara Winery in Leavenworth, Washington.

I absolutely adore these two! I get to work with a lot of phenomenal couples. It truly is the people I get to meet and photograph who make my job magical and make me want to come back for more year after year. If I had a list of “extra special people,” then, Caitlin and Scott would be right up there.
I shared my birthday with them on their wedding day, and even though it was their big day, I couldn’t have celebrated with better people. We laughed a LOT and cried some sweet tears as well.
A Beautiful Blended Family
It was very heart warming to watch their blended family come together on this special day. I got all the feels. Scott has two sons, and let’s just say that I would have taken them home with me if they weren’t already claimed! It was beautiful to watch Caitlin embrace these boys with vows she wrote just for them. I’m crying now remembering the looks on their faces; you could actually see their love growing stronger for her.

Caitlin & Scott, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such angels, for sharing your love, for trusting me, and for being some of my biggest photography fans ;) It was a joy to work with you. I will NOT say “good-bye,” just “see you later.” I see a wine date in our future, along with a family photo shoot!
