Unfortunately, the weekend of September 5th was rainy and cold, but that didn’t stop Tarah and Casey from having an amazing and beautiful wedding! I didn’t get to meet Tarah and Casey until the day of their wedding, but I’m so glad I was there to be a part of their day. They got married in Cle Elum, WA at Suncadia (which is an awesome resort up in the mountains…I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to get married next year). Lucky for us, the rain stopped for just long enough and just in time for us to go around the golf course and take photos. I am a HUGE fan of outdoor photos, using natural lighting, I don’t think there is any other way to go. What a phenomenal background and a stunning couple!!!

The time I got to spend with just Tarah and Casey during their portrait session was so fun! They were a sweet couple and I seriously loved the scenery we got to work with. The fact that it had rained before made it even better….I had a natural light diffuser called “clouds”, misty mountains, little wheat field, crystal clear pond, and thousands of pine trees…pretty much a photographers dream. I LOVE MY JOB!!!!
I think this has to be my favorite shot of the two of them. They look so happy and in love...not to mention they have a beautiful backdrop.
