Well, I’m only 5 weddings, an engagement session, a family session and a few odds and ends behind on my blog…that’s not too bad. haha
Blogging has been put on the wayside, as I am trying hard to stay on top of all my editing and organization from the busy wedding season. I am so blessed and thankful for the business, but, WOW it has been quite the year!
Back to Kirsten and Eric….here are a few things I remember about their special day.
1). We share a very special date, because July 17th is my wedding day too!! I was married last year, so I got to celebrate my 1st year anniversary with Kirsten and Eric.
It was a wonderful day!
2). Kirsten and Eric are big sports fans and they brought that into the wedding by decorating the reception tables with photos of ball parks from around the country. Very creative!
3). Kirsten’s mom makes soaps and she added that as the wedding favors. Each one was in the shape of a football and had a thank you note attached to the top! Clever!!
4). You could tell 110% that Eric and Kirsten are best friends…and that is the BEST way to go into a marriage!
They were married at the enchanting Warms Springs Inn down by the river in Wenatchee, WA. I always enjoy shooting weddings there. It’s dripping in beautiful backdrops and feels like a home away from home.

This was taken just before they got to see each other for the first time, so the smiles were from anticipation!

I think this shot captures Eric and Kirsten perfectly! They were so full of laughter and joy during the entire day. It was contagious.

I love the orchards that surround the grounds of Warm Springs Inn. Always makes for gorgeous photos!

I think this is one of my favorite shots from the day. Love the old barn and the look of love and happiness on their faces makes this shot perfect in my book.![]()

The guests showered them in bubbles as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife! I love how the bubbles catch the sunlight.![]()
